Rules and Terms of Service
- Payment is made via paypal invoices using USD only.- Reference images are necessary to start the commission. In case the client does not have them, I have no problem helping the client.- (Colored Only) The only time you can make changes without being charged is during the sketch. Once the lineart or coloring has started there will be a charge of 15% of the commission cost- The duration of the commission is three days to a week depending on the complexity- I reserve the right to cancel and refund a client’s commission at any time, for any reason.- The rights of the commission belong to me and I can dispose of it however I want unless the client and I agree otherwise (for example, post it on my networks). The client is entitled to share and use the commission as they wants.- (Refunds) Full refunds are only given when the commission is still in sketch state. Once the lineart or coloring is started, the refunds will be partial.- The client reads and agrees to the terms of service
